Refund Policy

 

Session Retainers:

 

Session retainers are refundable only if we are not able to shoot the session due to no fault of yours. If possible we will reschedule your session at the next time slot that is available to you that you desire. If there is no time slot or you should choose to not reschedule the session your retainer will be fully refunded.

 

If you miss your session and did not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, your retainer is forfeit. However, we would rather reschedule, if possible and apply the retainer to the new session time. We are willing to work with you, but can make guarantee that this will be possible.

 

If you are not happy with the session images, we are willing to re-shoot at no charge to recapture what you would like. We do understand that, due to miscommunication, sometimes we are not capturing what you were hoping for. We are willing to re-shoot once at no extra charge, but as the session fees are for the time and talent of the staff here, we cannot refund those fees once the session has been shot.

 

If you cancel the session 48 hours before it is scheduled and desire a refund of the retainer rather than reschedule the session it will be cheerfully granted.

 

All Prints sales are final as you are ordering from proofs that you have approved.
